Property branding inspired by water-edge living
With their latest development nestled on the edge of Rickmansworth’s Elms Lake, Berkeley Group’s St William wanted to reflect both the local area and their landscaping-led ethos. Combining the development’s proximity to numerous lakes and the nature that surrounds them, this became ‘Elmswater’.
Inspired by and immersed in the development’s surroundings, we created an identity that captured the essence of this tranquil setting. This core thought of living, inspired by water, flowed throughout St William’s marketing materials, including advertising, video, a combined host and floor plan brochure, and hoardings.
The marketing suite, brochure and ads have all been extremely well received and we secured 5 reservations at the first preview event, which is a great result.
