Account Director/Senior Account Manager

The agency

Columns is an independent agency, so we hold the reigns when it comes to who we work with and how we do it. Working with brands of all sizes and from all sectors, we make the most of the variety and flexibility that our independence brings. 
Our clients come back to us because of our people, trusting us to deliver value, quality and great service, so finding the right person to fill this post is top of our to-do list. 

The role

We’re looking for Account Directors or Senior Account Managers with a minimum of 4-years’ experience. Ideally you will have worked across a broad client base in terms of sectors, and you may have worked agency-side, client-side or both. 
We’re searching for people who:

  • Have experience of working with B2B clients 
  • Have worked with an integrated team that includes strategy, creative, production, copywriting, motion and developers
  • Can adapt to changing situations and take on challenges with good humour and an open mind. 
  • Are personable, engaging and enjoy a varied workload.

We’re a close and supportive team who are very down-to-earth.  We have minimal hierarchy and don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we create great work to be proud of.

  • We’re currently working from home, but under normal circumstances we’re a pretty social bunch, with after-work activities (games night is a favourite), great parties and lunch-time outings
